A: Due to the complexity & high security level of some vehicles more unorthodox methods of key programming is required. These operations utilise specialised equipment, take longer to perform & sometimes require genuine parts which greatly effect pricing.

A: Yes, if you can drive the vehicle to one of our affiliate stores this eliminates the call out costs of our mobile service. For keys that cannot be done in store the mobile service will still be required. Email us for confirmation & affiliate store locations.

A: We expect most jobs to be completed within the hour. Vehicles with diagnostic issues or the need for advanced procedures may take up to a few hours but you will be notified of this.

A: Cash or mobile EFTPOS are available, receipts/invoices can be handwritten on site or emailed to you by the end of the day.

A: Yes, for security purposes the vehicles VIN number, registration & registered owners name are required before we start work on a vehicle with no keys. We also prefer a contact to be present for verification of the job to be completed.

A: In most cases no, there are exceptional after market products available to help reduce costs. These products are high quality, reliable & work well however there are times genuine parts will be required, if so we will contact the dealership a current quote & get back to you.

A: For reasons beyond our control there are times that we may not be successful. Modern day key programming can be difficult. If this happens there will be no charge for the attempt & will offer any help & support we can.
